Telecom Maintenance Plan:

For our business communications customers we offer our Telecom Maintenance Plan, which covers local and remote programming, diagnostics, and service labor.  It may optionally also include full hardware replacement.   Unlimited Onsite and Remote service is included, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year - for one flat monthly fee.
